I can't add an animation to my actor

I can't add an animation to my actor when i click "click here to add animation."

what exactly do you get when you click?

you cant find your pics in the folder,  or you cant even open the navigator ?

I don't know how to get it to animate
i have tried uploading it as 88x88 pixels animated gif and it still doesn't animate

You can't animate your forum avatar (Jon hardcoded his in to animate)
