Prevent Turning

Hello. I'm new to Stencyl, and I'd like the character to not be able to go right, when they're going left, only after they stop moving. I did this, and I'm not sure why it's not working. I'm probably doing it wrong, but I'd like to know if this is possible. Thank you in advance.
