Be careful what you wish for... Although I can play the video fine from here, chances are if it will eventually require Flash 10.2 or later (I use Flash 10.1.53.64.), then I'm out.

Then why not upgrade to newest flash?

There are no impossible things. There is only lack of skills.
Don't click this if your computer has less than 641 kilobytes of RAM.

He's on a PPC-based Mac, so he can't upgrade past Tiger.

Actually, the latest version of Flash requires an Intel Mac (I can go past Tiger, but I'd prefer to keep OS 9 compatibility in case I need to use a Mac OS 9 or earlier application). I can go to Leopard (10.5) if I wanted to.

Do you have any idea why this scene based behaviour works cross site, but the actor based Video Actor doesn't?

I think it has to do with the BitmapData streaming.

Can someone please help me. I tried to use this behavior to play a video/animation when my game starts. I attached it to my scene and entered the correct attribute values, however when I run the game in flash player or my browser I get an error message from Stencyl that goes like this:

Behavior: StencylVideoBehavior_3_3_3 at line 87
Method marked override must override another method.
      override public function update():void

Behavior: StencylVideoBehavior_3_3_3 at line 95
Method marked override must override another method.
      override public function draw(g:Graphics, x:Number, y:Number):void

Behavior: StencylVideoBehavior_3_3_3 at line 99
Method marked override must override another method.
      override public function handleCollision(event:Collision):void

Can someone please explain why this is happening. Thanks in advance!

Code mode behaviors made before 2.0 need some modification to work.  See this post for more details: http://community.stencyl.com/index.php/topic,9985.msg61195.html#msg61195

Still having trouble. Even after updating the code with what the post said it still comes up with errors.

I fixed the syntax issues, so try importing this and see if it works.

What o you mean? You just linked a .png
If you mean redownload the behaviour - I tried but it still has error messages.

Download the attached .png file. You can then import that file into Stencyl by options or dragging it in. The updated behavior will be loaded through the .png file.

Now Stencyl won't test my game. I click on test game and it generates the .swf and then nothing happens is it because I am using a mac? Thanks for the new behavior though; no more errors! :D
Here my logs if it helps:

Hm, so mac's give out these unreadable logs.  :-\

Try removing/disabling the new behavior you're using and testing. If it works then you know for sure that that is the issue.

If I disable it, it still doesn't. If I delete it, it works.
