Jumping through corner of a tile and getting stuck inside

I can jump right through the corner of a tile and then I'm stuck inside of it. Enabling constant collision detection actually makes it much easier to glitch; you can go through the side rather than just the corner. Also, you can just walk straight back out once you're 'stuck' inside. Any other fixes?

It's actually a problem in the default 'Run and Jump Extended' kit.

I've made a quick game which uses that kit. I removed some of the behaviours that I won't be needing and created a quick starting scene. It may take you a few tries but if you run left and jump up/left so your top-left corner comes into contact with the bottom-right corner of the tile, you get stuck inside.
