Last Minute Minor update (April 30 2013) [V1.2.1]

-Shrink Power-up Tweaked
-Flash Power-up Tweaked
-"Death while on flash power-up" Bug Fixed


For now only the mochi and newgrounds links are updated, I will remove the stencylarcade link while I still don't upload on it yet.
