text drawn behind actor

there are so many different topics asking about this.    no topic fixed my problem.

- Add events > Basics > When drawing.
- Click the "Drawing" tab and add the "Draw text [anything] at (x:0 y:0)" block.
- Put your desired text in it and change the X and Y

After you're able to draw your text, you can try and change the styles of the text if you wish in the "Styles" tab.

thank you, but I dont think you get my question.
when I draw text using the draw text block, it is drawn behind the actor drawing it.

So where do you want the text to be drawn specifically?

If the text is drawn in an actor behavior, it is drawn on the same layer as the actor who uses the behavior. I believe draws executed from scene behaviors always draw on top.
