Error states:

Program Files (x86)\Stencyl\plaf\haxe\lib/openfl-native/1,1,4/ndll/iPhone/libnme.iphoneos-v7.a" does not exist

This is all I have, And I ended up getting these a file at a time from code.google
Dont know where to get the rest.

Frequently asked questions:
Do I need a Mac to test on my iOS device and publish to the App Store?
Yes, a Mac is required to perform both of those tasks.

So then the Debug ios option on my PC is a Stencyl mistake?
Seams unlikely.    Why,     if writing software for PC,     place an option to debug ios?

Yes it is a mistake.  Just ignore the iOS stuff while on Windows.
