Quick question though - is there a reason why the start value 0 or 360 are on the right side of the circle in an arc? I expected to make a 180 degree arc with start = 0 and end = 180 and expect it to start at the top and then go 180 degrees but it starts on the right side. Is there a way to change that?
I would expect this behaviour as it matches the orientation of actors; facing right is 0 degrees.

Ah okay. So then one solution could be to put the drawing event on an invisible actor that moves -90 degrees at the start of the game so 0 degrees is the top?

There's no reason that it shouldn't. Post if you try it and have issues though.

I don't believe this will work; instead, I could create a block that changes the direction which 0 degrees points. Does this sound like a good idea?

I upgraded to 3.3 right after it came out, and this extension still works exactly as intended.

That would be awesome! The only problem is that this extension already takes up a ton of space in the palette, and adding these blocks would nearly double the space needed. The good news is that, AFAIK, Justin is adding in a few cool extension-related features for 3.4, one of which is giving each extension their own tab in the palette (or something similar). Although now that I think of it, a dropdown box of the enabled extensions would be a better choice. Any thoughts or news about this, Justin?

A dropdown within the palette? Not sure. Maybe some time in the future, but I probably won't add anything new like that for now.

Cool for the new extension-related feature. At this moment maybe it would be better to do a special version  for the image api, and have two different extensions.

Hey! Is the extension supposed to work on .exe platform? While everything works fine on flash, the screen goes absolutely black on .exe with the code you made me for custom spotlight out.

@yoplalala: That's perfectly fine with me! I was actually going to ask if I could add some of these features to your extension, but I've had little time over the last few weeks.

@MichaelPel: Sorry I didn't reply sooner. In the past, it's worked fine on the Windows platform for me; I'll take a look as soon as I get a chance.

@ETHproduction Thanks Now I just  have to think if I put all of this in my actual bitmap extension ( but it will maybe do too many blocks) or do this in a second extension .

@ETHproduction I'm adapting your extension and I saw you had some code to draw peanuts, but that you didn't have the block.
