6.350 downloads on iOS - (4.100 user active on GameCenter)
460  downloads on Google Play
Total Revenue from ads: 40 $ = 1 $ a day!

It's a tough world for a developer!  :'(

Is this still with no promotion?

I can't wait to have an app that makes $1 a day.  lol   :)  Obviously I'd love to make more, but making anything to go towards recouping my costs would be amazing.

Is it common to get more downloads/active users on iOS than on Android?

No promotion....
but Apple has put me featured on "New release - Arcade/Action" @ 25°/30° position on iTunes for a few days in USA and this guaranteed me 400/500 daily downloads.
Without this visibility on iTunes, downloads have dropped to 15/20 per day.

Max, with all my apps and a total of 100.000 downloads, i earned about 1300 $ in total  :'(
And i earned 800$ with an very ugly game that i created in half a day... Jumping Chicken...
Maybe i should just create ugly games!  :P :P :P

Holy shit man! I've dropped over a grand getting back into making games last year and only made around $400 in return. I'd take that $1300 any day, I need a new car so bad.

Really good game actually. Though I'm not the best at it. I gave an android review. Kudos, on the art style I think that is what might be helping it be as successful as it is. Very successful I'll add, I've never had success like that on any of my apps.

Was the google play services hard to implement?

Google Play Service it's simple to implement.
Make sure you use the latest version of stencyl and extension that you find here:

Hi guys!
In those days there was an unexpected boost in downloads on Google Play!
The game went from 3/4 daily downloads to 6000 on June 29... 6 months after publication.  :o
I'm very happy!  :D

On iOS download average is 80-100 downloads/day since I have published the game.
26.300 downloads / 16.800 users active on GameCenter.
I hope it continues like this!

I was contacted by them and I did not pay anything.
They told me that he liked my games, and if I wanted to promote them.
I believe that the major video game case pay these companies to promote their apps ... but to tell the truth I do not know ...

p.s.  A year ago, I contacted AppTurbo out of curiosity and asked me 10,000 euro for a promo  for 1 day....it's crazy!
