I want to make it if the last crated actor is alive it goes to a certain scene and if its not alive it goes to a certain scene .

Now  even when the actor IS ALIVE it goes to the "otherwise" action  .

In other words, which actor is 'Last Created Actor' supposed to represent? Is it supposed to represent the player? Or is it supposed to be an enemy, a button or something else?

It represents a actor that when you click him he dies ( There are lot of him in one scene (it a click - destroy game))

Could you try setting an actor attribute to it when it is created, then using that attribute in place of 'Last Created Actor'?
