I would love to try it out. Please let us know when it is available for testing.

Do you have a custom graphics designer that work with you?

Nope, I'm a graphic artist/designer (whatever you want to call it) by trade. I do all the art myself.

Looks cool! Any chance of a Flash version for those of us without Apple stuff?

I'll be making the beta available through https://testflightapp.com/

Which btw, if you're a developer, test flight probably the single most useful thing to organize beta testing of your app.

And there will be a Flash version of this game as well. It likely won't be as interesting as the iOS counterpart considering it's designed with accelerometer in mind, but it should be fun nonetheless.

Hey guys, I'm starting to organize a very quick beta test for this game. I just want people to give it a go and report any problems you might encounter. It's a fairly lightweight game so I'm hoping no horrendous bugs rear their ugly heads.

I'm handling the beta through TestFlight, below is a description on how the process works. If you are uncomfortable using TestFlight, just give me a PM and I'll work something out.

Use this link to get registered as a tester: http://tflig.ht/n2dcol

Quote
As a tester using TestFlight, you can either be invited, recruited or just sign up. Once you sign up with TestFlight you will be asked to register your device, which will allow developers to access the device's Unique Device IDentifier (UDID). Once you have successfully registered and have been accepted onto a team, the developer will have to add the UDID to the application, so that you can install it on your device. You will receive an email through TestFlight, from the developer, with a link to install the build. Follow the instructions in the email, click on the link, download the build to your device, and you will be ready to begin using the app.

So the way test flight works is that you're not tied to having to add the UDID in your provisioning portal (so you break out of the 100 device limit)? How does that work?

I do not have a mac or idevice but I would be happy to do a thorough flash game test if you have a completed version.

@Jon

It's still tied to an ad hoc provision or enterprise provision. So you still have to put the UDID's in your provision portal and build an ad hoc build. TestFlight just streamlines the process of collecting the UDIDs, distributing the build and receiving feedback.

TestFlight is really a good tool, simple and powerfull.
Ankama use that to make some QA on our different games.

The best way is to make a list of udid of the testers, add it in the app and launch the test.
After, the updates are notified by email and you only need to launch TestFlight to download it.

This should be going into beta by Sunday at the latest. I'm going to keep the beta short as I just want people to play it and make sure all is good on a variety of different devices. Hopefully shortly there after it will be heading off to iTunes Connect!

First beta of this went out today and I've already identified a few issues. The 2nd beta should be out in the next couple days.
