Auto scale for older iOS devices

Hi,
I am trying to make a simple switch scene when running on iPhone 4 behaviour.
Its not working could someone who knows this kind of behaviour help me put ?
Is this a behaviour or an event ?

You problem is that event activates while the screen is fading in. I suggest making it so that  you wait perhaps 0.5 seconds before running this piece of code.
