Well, this is the direction things seem to be going at least in the long term. I know that Facebook is looking to revamp their whole "app" platform to be centered around HTML5.

At the end of the day, it's just one more way you can deliver you game.

HTML5 isn't that practical. I do believe that it's fastish, but why do we need an alternative to flash?
Cause Apple wants to control everything! So does Microsoft! Linux 4EVER!
I'm on Windows by the way. XD :)

Basically Flash is (slowly) dieing, as the article said they just made mass redundancies :/ You may as well have it really, it will be more future-proof than Flash.
