I bought this card ( https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161404 ) several years ago, but it's starting to go and it needs replacing. What would you recommend?

Specs:
Win10
i7 Processor
16GB Ram
Full Sized Case

That's a cool site, though most were out of my price range, what do you think of this one?

In part this card helps me put off getting a new power supply, it's more powerful then my old card, but also more energy efficient.

HIS Radeon HD 7750 800Mhz PCI-E 3.0 1024Mb 4500Mhz 128 bit DVI HDMI HDCP Silent
PowerColor Radeon HD 7750 800Mhz PCI-E 3.0 1024Mb 4500Mhz 128 bit DVI HDMI HDCP Green
Club-3D Radeon HD 7750 800Mhz PCI-E 3.0 1024Mb 4500Mhz 128 bit DVI HDMI HDCP Silentt
GIGABYTE Radeon HD 6770 850Mhz PCI-E 2.1 1024Mb 4800Mhz 128 bit DVI HDMI

All with passive cooling - silence

Most of the newer cards have a pretty good price/performance, so just pick one that fits with your budget and takes into account other factors such as size, power usage, noise, etc.  I'll probably get a GTX 1060 as well for my next PC but the 3GB version (the 6GB version is still a good value though).  The cards listed by EvviSoft are not a good value any more.  If you wanted something cheaper you could go with a GTX 1050 or an RX 460.
