Ok, wrap all this code in an if block and put if fire ball = false at the top. Then copy and paste it and put it below in a if block, if fire ball = true. Then in the animation blocks in the lower fire ball = true section change the text to what you called the animations when it is fire ball mode.

Close, you don't want to set it you want if yohnny fire = false and if yohnny fire = true on the bottom one.
