Vector art software recommendations.

Does anyone know of a user friendly vector illustration program?
Ideally with the ability to snap lines to set angles, like holding SHIFT key in (raster software) Aseprite.
A bunch of shape tools would be good, too.

Check out Inkscape. I use Illustrator so I'm not sure how they compare. I think that you can download an old version of Illustrator for free (version CS2) from Adobe.

Retro Redux Compilation (NEW).
Retro Redux (untitled) (NEW).
I always appreciate useful feedback. Thank you.

Thanks guys. I tried Inkscape for a bit. As well as a bunch of others I found at https://alternativeto.net/

After installing and uninstalling a number of them I finally settled on Gravit Designer https://designer.io/

It has an infinite canvas mode, a grid that can be either square or isometric and a pretty simple interface which meant I didn't have to spend long scratching my head trying to figure it out. If anyone else lands at this thread looking for recommendations I suggest giving it a look.

Another vote for Affinity Designer from me! Also, as a photoshop user of over 25 years, I now exclusively use Affinity Photo - and it's nothing to do with the price.  I love the way I can work on a vector file in Designer, then edit it in Photo then go back to vectors in Designer without exporting, (both apps open and save the same format). Also ipad app is awsome.
