Porting front mac to windows

Does anyone know an efficient way create ports of my Mac OS games to windows. My current method is emailing the Stencyl file to myself, opening it on my old windows laptop, and then exporting. Is this my only option or...

I use Dropbox to transfer projects, but otherwise it's the same.  You must be on Windows to make a desktop version for it (same for Mac and Linux).
