Turning collision shapes on/off

Hello everyone.

I want  to have a game with a large bird.... as it flaps its wings, it's collision box changes.  My idea is to have a small box for the body, and a second box that I bring up and down on certain frames of the animation... or two shapes that I can activate and de-activate.  I've looked at the jigsaw bits for moving the blocks, but ... I can see ones for deleting them (by name) and ones for creating them.. but not a way of naming the box you create.  Or activating and deactivating shapes, which would also be handy.  And I don't see where you  name your collision shapes as you create them..

Any ideas?

How many animation frames have you got? Why not have each frame as its own animation? Then each can easily have their own wing collision box and then add a single body collision shape or create one when the actor is created.
