Literally the exact same code... Stencyl bug?

I think either I am incompetent with Stencyl or I hit a weird Stencyl bug. Most likely the former however.

(See attached)

This is part of a behavior that is attached to an enemy actor. Both code should be doing the exact same thing. However, only the "Enemy vs Hand" collision is registering. The other "Self vs Hand" is completely not working.

Am I doing something wrong?

You need to drag the '1st actor' block in the 'self' block.
Current Projects:
The Grand Grimoire Chronicles Episode 1 now on Kongregate!.
I always appreciate useful feedback. Thank you.

Is this event active? If you look at the left, is this box checked?
Maybe there's some other behaviour overriding this?
Try putting print code in both of them and check maybe one of them is not being executed?

Yes I tried print code for the self vs hand. Nothing is being executed. I also made sure no behavior is overriding it and the event is active. I'm so confused ):
