Simple Share Question

I have stencil 10300, do I download byrobintoolsetmanager34.zip or byrobintoolsetmanager35.zip?

Is there any way you can give me an example of how and when to use the simple share extension?
What exactly goes in the "text" boxs.
Do i have to create a "button" to 'share'?
I know these might be dumb questions but im new to this so sorry in advance.
