From the versions page, click "Manage Installed Versions" and then "Download Android Tools" to get new android platforms. API 28 is your best bet right now, since anything lower won't be accepted by Google Play anyway.

The latest private build (accessible to ultram as a subscriber) makes the UI here a little bit friendlier, but we could probably still do a bit of work with it.

Hi all!

There is an issue when trying to export to Android!!! NDK, SDK, JDK have been updated. I have the latest version of Android Studio...but android build failed...
There is something wrong with this link...
http://jcenter.bintray.com/com/google/jimfs/jimfs/1.1/jimfs-1.1.pom
An error 403 is returned because .... HTTP requests to JCenter will be denied. Only HTTPS will be supported.

So, it's impossible to export my game on Android!!!

What build you are in? If you update to the most recent private build (which as a subscriber you have access to), it should work.
You can manually switch the http to https if you follow the instructions here: http://community.stencyl.com/index.php/topic,59888.0.html
Again, if you get the most recent private build, you won't have to do any of that, as far as I know.

I downloaded Stencyl 4.0.2 yesterday.
Today, i changed all the http into https.
I have cleaned the project.
...and i have tried to publish to get an  Android APK file...but the process failed!!!
This is what i found at the end of the log:
[haxelib] Execution failed for task ':deps:purchases:compileReleaseAidl'.

I'm annoyed. I've been waiting since August 2018 to be able to export my game to Android. Luckily I was able to deploy the iOS version!!!

You are using the public build. Download the private build from the subscribers area of the forums and try again. And if you still have problems, post your logs one more time.

Do you use IAPs or something in your game? There was something related to that fixed on b10522, but it involved iOS (I'm assuming that since the task that's failing is ':deps:purchases:compileReleaseAidl'. and I could be completely wrong).

Since publishing just generates the APK (though I think it's AAB now), have you tried publishing a blank game with just one scene?

I don't know enough about mobile development to even take a guess. You can try pinging Justin on the Discord server, in case he or teh other devs take a while to look at this issue.
