Up through step 89, game is fine.

HOWEVER, when you add the counter to make ships disappear after 3 hits (steps 90-92) all the ships disappear.

Already cleaned project and Cleanup project files (multiple times)
Deleted event and rebuilt (repeatedly)

For some reason your when created event is not setting your health to 3. Delete that event and recreate it. Place a "print [Health_Points]" block after you set it to 3 to confirm it has the correct value.

Deleted it and rebuilt it multiple times.

Due to dark background - unable to see if it prints anything

Tried setting health points repeatedly - even at values like 3000 - no change

Not sure how to make the update actually set the value to 3 as it is evident that that set to 3 is not working.

Prints will appear either in the Log Viewer or the Game Controller, both have buttons near Stencyl's top menu.

I'll note that your logs mention you are using build 10331 on Stencyl 4.0.1. Version 4.0.2 is already out, and since you are a subscriber, you already have acess to the more updated private builds. Get either the newest public or private builds of Stencyl, which will at least ensures you are in an environment we can work with.

First - nothing printed in the Logviewer.

This is in a lab of 20+ computers in a lab.  So I will have to call IT to update all the computers. The MSI file does not update.

First - nothing printed in the Logviewer.
Show a screen shot of where you placed the print block.
You might have "View Logs through Game Controller" enabled, so check there as well.

View in game controller is NOT checked.

Appears to be printing to logs

You can click the "Log Viewer" button to check the logs in real time while you test your game.

Regardless, here is what I saw in your logs:
1) One play session in which Health_Points had a value of null, then a sequence of "0." I don't know what is printing all the zeroes since your enemy ships are killed.
2) Another session had the nulls when created, but only one instance of 0, proving that your actors were killed.
3) You have a java runtime exception error after that one.
4) You have a third play session in which Health_Points does print 3. You then have a disconnect websocket message of sorts, then a series of "0" printed, which are gradually decremented.

I did find something familiar to me though:
Code: [Select]
2020-01-13 14:28:16,877 WARN  [pool-1-thread-33] stencyl.sw.editors.snippet.designer.block.BlockSceneObjectChooser: Unexpected attribute type: UNSELECTED
You might have an attribute somewhere that needs a value, but it's Unselected. If it's similar to what happened to me before, Stencyl is unable to save changes because of that, so your code is not being updated. Since that error mentions "SceneObjectChooser" and your only code in your scene is "Play [Music]," that I think is the problem. Your "Music" sound doesn't have an .ogg file imported into it, and might be preventing Stencyl from saving any changes to the game. You must import both mp3 and ogg formats for all sounds in your game. I could be completely wrong though.
