Stencyl Collision Boxes Visible From Stencyl Error

I've been making a platform game on Stencyl using block coding. When I start my game it instantly spots an "error" and asks to generate logs. I can't remember exactly when the error started but suddenly if I ignore the Stencyl warning, the collision boxes become visible and whenever I shoot a bullet to the right it doesn't go anywhere.
I also tried generating logs (attached). Any help is appreciated.

P.S. Sometimes during a game test this error will pop up:

Test on HTML5, any of the desktop platforms or Flash (browser). That happens only with flash (which will be discontinued anyway) and that shouldn't affect your game in anyway.

Tried on HTML5 (I'm on Mac so the others platforms don't work) but this time the box where still there but my character disappeared instantly.

You can still try on Mac, specially on Debug Mode (Run > Run app in Debug Mode > Mac (Debug) I believe). That should give you the most information if there is any actual error. That error you mentioned, the security box violation, is the harmless one. You can try testing on Flash and getting the actual error that's causing issues (which most likely is a #1009 null reference error).

So I've fixed by bullets shooting (sort of, I just spawned them a bit away from my character so they wouldn't colide) but the collision boxes showing is a bother. Anyone know how to fix those?
