Uploading/Downloading Save Data

I'm working on a sandbox game and I wanted there to be a way to do multiplayer, but quickly it became clear to me that stencyl is not intended for multiplayer purposes.  So I thought of the next best thing. 

The game I am making is a 2D sandbox like terraria, and the game can be saved by writing all the blocks and entities into a list and then saving that list.  Is there a way that the list could be uploaded to a cloud and downloaded from the cloud, so that people could share their worlds?

The web request blocks can be used for that. You'll need a server to store the information, and by using the web request blocks, you can retrieve the full list with your game's elements. And a heads up: as far as I know, you can't use Dropbox for the web requests anymore.

Handling servers is not something Stencyl specific, so I think it goes beyond just tutorials. I've seen MySQL thrown a lot when people mention servers and databases, so you could try learning that. You would also need to pay for a server, or do some server-related wizardry with your own computer.
