Interstitial Ads Events without function?

Hello everyone,
a question: can it be possible that the Interstitial Ads Events (e.g .: a fullscreen ad is closed) are without function?
When I load and display a fullscreen ad; and then close the fullscreen ad, the game attribute should be set to "true".
But that doesn't work. At none of the "Interstitial Ads events".
Does anyone have experience with this?

In what type of events are you puttong the blocks, a "when creating" , " when updating" ?

Hi and thanks for the response,
I am not sure if i understand your question.
The Ad events can not be inside a "update" event. This are events, available under Events > Mobile > Ad
They should be triggerd when the event is happen...

To be thorough, test again with something more obvious like a print block or play a distinct sound in those events.
