Do we know yet when the expected official release of 2.0 will be?

About 1 week from today. Because I'd hate to renege on a promise, it's my policy not to announce it until we're 100% sure of it.

At this point, the software is the way it's going to be for 2.0. All that's holding us back is the website and wrapping up the installers (a perennial holdup for us...).

There will be an update notification but no in-place update for 2.0 due to the sheer amount of things that have changed. You'll need to download from the site to grab it.

I was using an old Stencyl Build (6th march)
Downloaded the new version and allocates 1450mb where i have 1840mb free.(so it works!)

There are already blocks for the Kong API.

I think I have some issues with 2.0

* When I create a mobile/web game, I don't see the mobile settings I can see in StencylWorks

* Some publishing options are marked with a "PRO" icon and I can't use them because it says I don't have a PRO version, but I have it.

Any clue?

Hi. When I open a game, old or new, and look at where the pre-shipped behaviors should be, there is only one. Will the others come when Stencyl 2 is "fully out"?

Maybe there's only one Scene Behavior. Try with an Actor instead.

That's odd, there is definitely more than one scene behaviours (I've made a fair chunk of them myself so I know they're in there :P). This happened a few days ago when I was trying to check if all the behaviours were in place. Try downloading the nightlies again.

Check the behaviors folder under the Stencyl directory to see whether the behaviors are on disk or not. If they aren't there, then it's the fault of the server/autobuilder.

I see a total of 9 scene behaviors with nightly form yesterday. However, I would like someone on our team (in particular Miasmos and captain) walk through all the pre-shipped scene/actor behaviors and make sure we are putting the behavior in the right place i.e. make sure we are not putting actor behavior as scene and vice versa.

Please confirm.

Yeah, they are there. So how should I Download them, because I don't really want to slowly import them one at a time, if I can help it?

@Rob I just checked, I can also see 9 scene behaviors.

@osterzone You probably just have to download the latest beta.
