Suggestion Issue: 'set blend mode for image' doesn't work in IOS

setting the blend mode for an image doesn't seem to work for me on IOS - works in flash, so I'm sure i'm doing it right. I know only normal, add and multiply work on iOS, blend works for actors on IOS, just not images.

Actors support some blend modes on desktop/mobile through its tilesheet, but image instances don't have tilesheets so they don't get the blend modes.  This was known when the image API was created so I have no idea why that block isn't marked as flash only.  If there was a plan to support blend modes with instances I'm not aware of it (and I'm the one who added them to actors).

The block has been modified in b9298 to indicate that it is flash only.  Since it wasn't intended to work outside of Flash I'll change this issue to a suggestion.
