Bug Issue: draw image for actor block doesn't honor draw opacity in standalone

In standalone targets, the "draw image for [actor]" block will always draw the actor sprite at 100% opacity regardless of what the opacity is set to within the drawing event. It works in Flash.

I rely on this working quite a bit in my games so some things look wonky when I compile for Mac.
