Bug Issue: SOLVED - Looping Soundtrack pauses game when it restarts

SOLVED the below issue by setting my soundtrack as a "Sound Effect" not as "Music".  This forces the game to load the entire soundtrack into memory, instead of streaming it. I guess this solution won't work for all games if they are memory intensive.

Build9786, windows 10, testing on Android devices. This issue does not happen when testing in Flash.

Basically at the start of the game I am using the block "Loop Sountrack on channel 1". I set this up only once for the entire game. What I am finding is that during the game, all actors freeze for a second or two, as the game appears to "reload" the soundtrack.

Due to changes in OpenFL, the music streaming option Stencyl was using no longer works.
