Build 9794

Steps to reproduce:
* Create new game Name: A
* One blank scene

Changed the target to API 27 which was downloaded. But default setting in Mobile was not API 27.

I didn't find a solution yet.

Tried on Oracle Linux as well but that was behind a firewall and it tried to download grawled stuff that failed.

Build 9841
Windows 8.1
Mac OSX High Sierra Update 3

JDK Installed 1.8.0

Android Download
* NDKr15C
* Android 4.1.2 API 16

The download is always done in the %APPDATA% location.

New game : Single Scene, Single Actor on Scene. Actor Behaviors : Follow Mouse (always) and Cannot exit Scene

Message path too long : Publication directory changed to \users\me

Change version Android target to 4.1.2 (API 16)

Using API 27 it can't find the P-platform. So I selected the 4.1.2 which Rob told me worked. And it did!!!!

It would be nice if the P-Platform and ndk 16 would not be the default.

The error with NDK 16 and 16b seems to be something that OpenFL would need to fix.

In b9888, those NDK options will no longer show up in the download list.

The newer NDK issue is waiting on hxcpp/issues/706.

Similar issues.

The basic idea is that the default settings should just work.

Rob has already disallowed downloading of NDK 16 since b9888. In the past 5 or so builds (up to b9962) I've made it easier for Stencyl to tell you when something is wrong with your Android setup, so I'm going to remove this from high priority. We aren't waiting for NDK 16 to be available.
