Bug Issue: Added behaviours for actor types are not added for actor instances (major bug)

When I attached additional behaviour to an actor type, the new behaviour did not attach to a specific actor instance, which had been manually placed in the scene a long time ago. This caused crashes because I started having null object references and such. Using Inspector on the actor instance in the Scene Editor confirmed the problem: the new behaviour was not listed in the actor properties.

Once I deleted the actor in the scene editor and placed it procedurally, the problem disappeared.

I imagine that the correct engine behaviour would be: Update list of behaviours for a given actor type -> all existing actor instances are updated as well.

Hope this gets fixed soon!
