Ask a Question / Re: Zoom in?

Hmm. Seems to work.
I also set the game dimensions to 1/4 the orginal size to make the window remain in its size, will that also work when I publish the game?

What if I want to use a different sprite for each weapon?

I currently use the weapon animation handler in the run and gun example.

I'm working on a game with very low-def sprites (8 by 8 ). It looks okay, cause the game is mostly of blocks. Problem is, the player seems a little small. Is there anyway to let the screen show the sprites at a larger scale? I just can't scale up the dozens of sprites I've already got.

Okay, I got that to work.

But how about weapons?

Home mean follow?
If that's the case I think a compare block will do.

Well, I know how to do the health and invincible for stage powerups, but that's about it.
I'm asking about other stuff, like things you collide with to enable actions, ex. double jump, get new weapon or such.

Wait if it was uploaded prior to the upgrade, then will the changes still affect it? I mean, I used the old version to make it, why can't I open it with the same program?

And also. It's a Asus A53S series, with 64 bit Win 7 home premium.

Got new comp, downloaded game, did nothing and pressed test game.
And attribute blocks start to vanish everywhere around all behaviors.

Now wut?

MSpaint FTW.
Seriously. It doesn't matter in pixel scale.

Woohoo! Congrats!
(though I'm still kinda curious what the problem was...but doesn't matter anymore if you've fixed it, huh?)
So yeah. Good luck on further work!

Ask a Question / Re: How to backup game
« on: August 29, 2011, 06:57:50 am »
So...I've did that, I uploaded it as "all rights reserved" and did not make public.

I can find it in "My resources", so...I'm supposed to be able to download it from another computer as long as I'm logged in?
Just wanted to make sure the I didn't block it from myself.

Ask a Question / How to backup game
« on: August 29, 2011, 06:20:22 am »
No, not the "copy game" thing.
I need to backup all the files into a hard drive, cause my computer is lately frequently crashing. I'm gonna reformat my memory disk and start over, so I'll have to manually insert the application data back into my new comp. exactly?
