Testing on Build 9520. Camera block broken for mobile.
Tried various Y values for "move camera center to (x: , y: )
Tested on Google Pixel phone as well as Samsung s7 phone..
The X value was responding perfectly, however the Y value never changed no matter what value was being entered. Even tested using static values.

I set Android Minimum Version to API 21, and Android Target Version to API 25.

This was due to the screen width/height blocks returning the wrong value.
