Attached is a sample game comparing how a font looks in 3.5 to an image of the same font from 3.4.

Update: the font looks fine in normal 3x but not in scale to fit (full screen) using a 1920x1080 monitor.

I observed that it happens when you draw a font into an image, it seems to pick the 1x scale of the font regardless of the device resilution

In the sample game, I'm not seeing a big difference here. Only thing is in scale to fit (full screen), the 3.5 font seems to have poorer anti-aliasing compared to the 3.4 font. Is this what you're seeing?
