b9690, happens on Windows Export, Flash and HTML5

The debug drawing for all regions placed on the scene are all grouped on the 0,0 corner of the scene. Print statements on "mouse within region" events appears to show that the region is still in the original position.

Moving the region seems to make the drawing move as well, but using the original distance from the scene's corner and the region's first actual position as an offset.

There seems to be cases where the actual region changes position to the top left corner, if the scene is longer than one screen, but I can't reproduce it in a sample game.

Sample game (use the second version): press Up to move one region to coordinates 10, 10, press Down to move the other region to coordinates 10, 200. Dragging the mouse on a region will print different texts for each one.
