Suggestion Issue: Distinguish between global custom blocks and regular custom blocks

As it stands, I don't think there's any distinction made in the UI after a custom block has been created, so the only way to tell if something's a global custom block is to either check the code or try to use a variable and get a compilation error. This can catch you off guard when going back to modify an existing custom block.

Perhaps there should be a globe icon at the end of global custom block wrappers (a la the music notes icon for sound events and the collision icon for collision events)
