Suggestion Issue: Actors are not affected by Scene Layer Blending modes on Desktop

Hi!

This is likely already a known issue but as the title suggests, I've found that actors placed on scene layers with (for example) "Multiply" set as their blending mode are unaffected by the blending setting, although tiles are. Background layers are also unaffected by blending modes.

When running in Flash everything works as expected.

The fact that the tiles pick up the blending mode suggests this might be fixable without changes to the underlying OpenFL architecture?

Actually, after poking around a bit and understanding why this is the case (I guess OpenFL has implemented this for DrawTiles and nothing else yet!) it seems that once the per-object shader functionality is mature enough to use in Stencyl it would technically be possible to do blend modes (and more!) with shaders applied to a layer.

So I guess this is less of a bug with Stencyl and more of a future wish :)
