Bug Issue: Adding Tint resets blend mode to normal on IOS

If you set the blend mode for an actor  to add or multiply - which both work on IOS, then tint the actor - which also works great on IOS, blend mode is reset to NORMAL for that actor, I've tried tinting and then reapplying the blend instruction, but that doesn't work either.

The OpenFL update in Stencyl 3.5 fixed this.
