Do you mean advertise as in marketing? I don't really do any marketing, just some posts on social media and contacting some press like Toucharcade and Pocket Games. All the downloads are a result of getting featured by apple.

I would be interested to hear how the paid model is working out for you, I was under the impression that its really hard to get sales even with a feature.

There is no real obvious changes for anyone, Unity are claiming a thing called 'legitimate use' for collecting the data and therefor don't need to collect consent from the user. The only think i can see is a little info tab at the bottom of an advert.

Please, can you tell us why you decided to use Unity ads only?

The main reason right now is that they handle all the GDPR stuff seamlessly without any work from me, once I understand GDPR better I will maybe look at other options.

do you have a save block when the screen reloads? try removing any save blocks as a test to see if it still happens.

A couple of weeks ago Suitcasenuke and my self released a game called Rowdy Wrestling!

Its a wacky physics based Wrestling game where the object is to throw other wrestlers out the ring.

We got really good features on iOS but things are a bit harder in iOS 11. We got around 360K downloads in the first week and around $32k in rev.

Here is my set up, I request the info in the first scene, then I have the buy logic on a button, then I check to see if the iap has been purchased before I show an advert.

yeah i can help. First thing, put the request info for the iap in a when created event in the first scene.

Lets see a screenshot of the admob info you have in the settings under moneitization.  Or actually I see you have it there, remove the 'when player can make purchase' bool surrounding it.

The main difference is that 3.5 supports Xcode 9 which is needed to support the iPhone X. 3.5 scales correctly on the iPhone X and also has the block "Running on iPhone X".

There is not that much different in terms of building a game in 3.5 compared to 3.4. Most of the time when I open a game i made in 3.4 in 3.5, the only changes I need to make are button placements for the iPhone X.

There may be other differences that im missing, but so far I haven't noticed much else.
