It's in the settings under mobile you should find a lot of tick boxes that you can check for each scale mode if you have a after a specific private release otherwise it is a drop down box. But since you asked it most likely already is checked. So what actually happens when you try to launch the game?

I just read one of your earlier posts about game size. If you disabled the x2 graphics you may not be able to play it on some phones (same with x1.5 ) as there is no assets to run the game, this could be your problem.

I have released Version 1.01 which includes a how to play addition and hopefully a fix to your problem sysads with  the position of the duck. Please let me know of any bugs as this helps heaps :) thanks

Thanks for replying, it helps alot! :) But there's a few bits I don't quite get what you mean.
- Ok so the first point you said the line the crosses the pipes do you mean the colored score area? you can actually pass through (if you pressed the right button  at the right time) as I've gotten to 120 myself as I was developing (played it too long ;) ) it's all about timing.  Also do the buttons show up correctly on the right of the screen?
- I also have thought about this too (glare from tilting device) but my game uses these mechanics and there's not much I can do about that.
- Now this point is very important please explain. I thought I may encounter a placement issue based on my code but haven't had this issue on my test devices. your help here would be great :). So does it show half off screen and half onscreen? if so what device are you using so I can look up screen specs then adjust the code. (a picture would help greatly).
Your points have been very helpful  and I am eager to fix these, thankyou.
Also I'll try to make a video on how to play as this game as it seems it is difficult to grasp right off the bat on how to successfully go through crate stacks.
EDIT: I will be launching Update V1.01 tomorrow which will include a How to play section and hopefully a fix for you resolution issue but it would help if you could answer before then so I can have a better understanding of the problem.

Yeah they definitely work I've tested it on two different devices you need to be connected to the internet though. I've set it in admob to try to laod ad for 7 secs then if unable give up. If I need i can  expand this to 10 secs but I'll probably keep this on 7 anyway.

I'll just add my input real quick too. I believe it's all to do on what type of game you're making. Like it's been said the general resolution is 480x320 but some people use different screen sizes for their type of game. Then there are scene sizes which are the overall size of the scene. Scenes can be expanded using colums in the scene editor.  Then there are scale modes which affect the way the game scales on different devices. Each scale mode works better or worse for different games so try them all out. Good luck :)

Hello Everyone!

Quacky Dash is a new type of challenging mini game. Inspired by the flappy bird game I wanted to make my own challenging mini game.  I've done my best to make it totally different from flappy bird but equally (if not more) challenging.  Here's a run down of Quacky Dash:
Quacky is learning to fly and needs your help! Tilt the device to move Quacky up or down to dodge the crates, while pressing the correct color button to each colored crate. Be quick though, if pressed too early or late Quacky will lose his balance and fall.

How to Play:
Hold the device level then tilt the device up or down to move Quacky up or down. Press the colored buttons on the right that corresponds to the same colored crate just before you are about to hit the colored score area to pass through.
Warning: This game is recommended for phone users ONLY. (as the positioning of buttons makes this game very hard to play for tablets)

Any criticism good or bad is welcome and if you decide to download please rate and share, thankyou!
This is my first game published with Stencyl and I hope you enjoy it.  :)
Credits: All graphics and theme music was made by me.

yes I think so. if you make it to load when the scene is created every time the scene is created it will load and if you show it too it will show.  (I tried this and know it does this).

I also found out using the if " admob fullscreen ad did sucessfully load" block, the fullscreen ad doesn't load. I have used a fullscreen ad Unit ID too.

Ok So I just managed to get my game to display the banner ads but the full-screen ads don't show up. I use the admob extension for stencyl 3x and have initialized the full-screen ad and even told it to show but it doesn't. What am I missing? thanks

I literally just got my ads up and I used the Abmod extension (,33509.msg190408.html#msg190408) and I've found that the banner works but not the full-screen one yet. Still have to figure that out...
P.S The extention comes with a full guide on how to do everything :)
