Check/post your logs.

Are you able to test your game locally? If so, try removing any sounds you have. Those are a common culprit of being unable to publish.
I fixed it, removed some unneeded items and scripts. it's fine now.

Since nothing else has worked for you thus far, here's the actual coding (although I did mine in one line, not two). This is a scene behavior and "Text" is a local text attribute. I tested it myself and it does work.
Nice idea! I'll test if it works.
Edit:It works!

Penguin, you need to put the timer conditionals into "when drawing" not "always" like Banana posted... dunno if that will solve it, but it's at least an issue.
I did put it in "When drawing".

Make a number attribute called timer, and a boolean called boolean.

When drawing
Set timer to 0
set boolean to false
do every 1 seconds, set timer to timer+1
Always
if timer=0, draw text (Text you want to put)
if timer=2, draw text (Text you want to put 2)
if timer=4, draw text (Text you want to put 3)
if timer=6, draw text (Text you want to put 4)
Set boolean to true

And under everything, in the when drawing, put if boolean, if up arrow or jump pressed, draw text (Whatever), do after 2 seconds, draw text (Whatever)

I'm not sure if the last part will work, but at least the beginning should. The ending probably too. Just try not to use do after like that, especially in when drawing/always.
No other special effect. Just stays at "Hello there!".

The blocks under "when drawing" are executed every frame.  You can use text attributes along with time blocks under "when created" and then under "when drawing" draw the text in the attributes.
Nope. won't let me.it only allows me to put text attributes in "When drawing".

Sorry I don't see anything wrong there.  Does your game crash without that behavior?

No, it is the complete opposite! it crashes with it!
