Ask a Question / Re: how to make game send email
« on: January 12, 2018, 06:07:28 pm »
You would have to send the scores to a server using the 'Post Data' block and then run some code on the server to send the email.

'Post Data'?? Do we use "mySave" in the first text edit position and then a "mailto:" in an SQL?

Ask a Question / Stencyl HTML5 email via ios browser.
« on: January 12, 2018, 04:59:20 pm »
Stencyl does output:
 init: function() {
    var _g = this;
    this.addMouseOverActorListener(this.actor,function(mouseState,list) {
        if(_g.wrapper.enabled && 5 == mouseState) com_stencyl_behavior_Script.saveGame("mySave",function(success) {
            com_stencyl_behavior_Script.openURLInBrowser("mailto://support@anemailaddress.com?cc=james@email.com&subject=Inventory%20submission");
        });

Is there an ios browser security issue? If I access the site via PC, it does work, but on Iphone, absolutely nothing happens.

I have: $gb_post->userfile = (isset($_FILES['userfile']['tmp_name']) && $_FILES['userfile']['tmp_name'] != '') ? $_FILES : ''; $gb_post->user_img = ((isset($_POST['gb_user_img'])) && ($gb_post->keep_pic == 1) && (empty($gb_post->userfile))) ? $_POST['gb_user_img'] : '';

This works on PC, but when trying to upload via android, nothing happens.
Is there an If Android statement or a single script that will cover any device?
If I open the url on Android without Webviews but will not upload pics.

 I cannot use an iframe. The embedded page is an ad, the ad will not open in an iframe.

Ask a Question / Lets Make A Deal: * Offering space for your adds
« on: December 17, 2017, 11:32:34 am »
offering  space for your adds

I have an an app ready to go. I have no Apple Dev Acc.
(not going to put out $99 for an app I want to give away free)
In Stencyl Forge I have uploaded "inventorywa2stretch"
I need this exported to ios.
You Must Be Using Stencyl 3.2.0 b8085 and have The Original WebViews for this to work properly.
Or
I need Apple dev  -p12 and Provision files.
There will be 80+ people using this app once every Friday. " This Is Not A Big Money Producing app."
I am offering  space for your adds in exchange for the ipa/files, or how ever we can get this app on ios.
Do all provisioning file expire every year?

I just went back and looked at   "Can you provide an example that works with webview on HTML5 on Chrome?"

I have been unsuccessful.
 Android is the only config. I have been able to create  successfully.

 okay, so now I'm super confused, if you right click and view page source the third JavaScript down calls web views. the only other way I know to show you another example is to give you a link to an apk.

I'm so sorry. I misunderstood what you meant by example.
Here is the Stencyl Produced HTML5, w/the original Web Views extension. (that for some reason only works on mobile.

Curios;  you said "I've tried some webview things and they didn't work."

Were you attempting to alter the original WebViews extension to function in HTML5?

Can you provide an example that works with webview on HTML5 on Chrome?!
When I have the javascript/HTML code I might be able to make a block for it.

Would be something like <object type="text/html" data="http://www.flickr.com" style="width:100%; height:100%">
<p>backup content</p>
</object>
but with highth, width, x,y, posision like the original Web Views. Not the current WebViews.

Would an extension like Web Views be functional in html5?
I have seen the original and webviews 2 for Android and Crapple.
How the heck would you make one for HTML5?
