Is there any way to try out desktop publishing, like a trial version or watermarked file output??? I'd like to implement a right-click menu in a game but this cannot be tested with flash obviously.

Im not sure if this exists already or  :-\ maybe I missed it?

But I thought it would be extremely useful to implement a favorite's list in the stencylforge so users can keep up with resources for later use. I can't tell you how many times Ive lost track of a cool resource in the forge that I thought about later when starting a new game project.

So far, Ive been storing useful resources in a blank game project but its becoming a bit cumbersome.

ya i agree with what you said, i was just wonderin what program people like ceric use because his tilesets are really polished and arent rough  like if i tried to make it with graphics gale, im just trying to figure out how they get there sprites and tiles so defined.

Its totally up to the artist how their work turns out. Making good art is all about technique not so much the program, like others said.

I like using Photoshop too, but only because its what Im familiar with. I tried using Gimp before, but to me it just seems backwards. I'd have to rewire my mind on how a paint program should function if I ever got really into it. I like working fast so anything that slows me up is a minus :P

For spriting I find Graphics Gale to be superior though, easy to use and free which is a plus.

There's this other program, called Illust studio, that does everything I wish Photoshop could do. I've been dying to use it but its not in English...

And I love Blender. I think its eons ahead of other professional 3d packages because of the dedication going into it from the blender community. Every few monthes there's some new amazing feature added to it.

ok, here's the real reason (imo) there's no Flash for iOS, the sheer amount of money Apple would lose. Im sure flash could be optimized for iOS, problem is Apple has no control over web content, so adobe was shut out. Some people would skip using apps/ itunes if they could watch movies, play games and listen to music through the safari browser. Just saying :L

Are these vector art in Anime studio 8? (Did you draw this using the draw tools?) If they are vector you could resize them in Anime studio 8 without losing any quality.

If we could integrate other APIs that would be great. Your game gets stolen and you could track it or even benefit from in-game ads. But currently there isnt any functionality like this available in Stencyl. Im hoping it will be available in the premium release soon.

They also take a percentage, Im not sure about the specifics but it might be the same percentage as FGL, haven't looked for a while. The difference is ppl can try to get sponsorship for anything from console games to flash games to IOS apps. But I believe the people there are also selling source code. :?

If it takes off Im sure it will become the alternative to FGL + more.
