It's possible Adcolony no longer works in general. I created this extension quite some time ago.

I'm extremely busy with college, work, and life. It's approaching finals week, I just purchased a new car and am trying to sell my old car. I'm also in the process of changing my last name which is long and full of work.

I haven't supported this extension for a while now - and while I'm still in school I don't plan on supporting this extension.

Someone else is more than welcome to take it over.

It was only a matter of time. When I first started selling flash games I was making a considerable amount of money. Especially given the quality of my games then.

I could make a game in 3 days and sell it for $500-$1000.

Then last year a game which would've made an easy $2000 only made $700. I don't think my sponsor views surpassed more than 20 either.
I hate to see the flash game industry die -- I spent hours playing flash games when I was a kid, not to mention it used to be a real money tree as well.


As a side note is Steam even a good source of revenue? I feel like a game would have to be just as high quality for an Apple feature in order to get noticed.

My 2010 Macbook originally came with a 200GB hardrive. I quickly swapped that out for a 1TB Hybrid drive and noticed a faster boot time with applications and the operating system as a whole. Once SSD's dropped in price I upgraded to a 250GB SSD from Seagate (I think). Works really well, I use the 1TB for backup and large files. I noticed faster boot times, applications seem to load faster.

But ultimately it comes down to your RAM and CPU in my opinion.  Your hard drive is only going to work as fast as your RAM and CPU will let it. I've upgraded my RAM to 10GB but it's maximum clock speed is only ~1066Mhz -- not very fast by today's standards.

Back to your original question I think an SSD is very fast and worth the upgrade especially at today's prices. I'd give it a shot :)

Got an E-Mail stating Heyzap should be updated to version 10 soon to avoid conflicts with iOS 10. Did you get the same E-Mail?

That's interesting because I use the 'if recording' block to create the end recording button, and on a 6 plus running iOS 10 the button shows up.

O ok, thats strange because Max had this issue(see post from Max above)
Than i don't see a reason why Apple will reject your app.

I don't have an issue with it anymore, but it does seem to act a little strange. (takes a while to initiate recording, takes a while to trigger "is recording", and doesn't fully record to "stop recording". IE seems to cut out a few seconds of the ending clip)

Just posted a new build to my testflight gurus.

Decided I could share what's new.

I've added around 15-20 achievements (can't think of the exact number off the top of my head).
I've added in-app statistics (total points, average points, deaths, # achievements completed) <- These have some factors in achievements
A ton of performance adjustments and what not -- you know, the boring stuff.
Players now tap to continue instead of the game continuing after 3 seconds (highly requested TF feedback)
The first time a player gets to a continue, there's a description of what it is (also highly recommended. Some didn't know you could continue from where you left off)
The game can now detect if the device is capable of vibration and shows/hides the UI accordingly
I've adjusted the UI to work on all devices.
Got in contact with Apple and they fixed my in app problems. Glad that fiasco is over.

There's seemingly endless work but I'm getting closer.

You can check Xcode > devices > right click your iPad > show provisioning files

Delete and re-install.

My problem when I had this issue with my iPhone was my Xcode version was lower than my iOS VERSION

To be honest, I don't really care about getting a feature. Would be nice but really I just wanted to revamp Worp as a side project for the summer & a portfolio project for school :)

I felt Worp could've been so much more when I started Don't Fail. This was really just an attempt at making that so.

Well I assumed that was the problem, I added the iPad Mini to the adhoc provisioning profile, dowloaded the new profile and changed the directory in Stencyl yet it still says the same error.

The adhoc isn't going to do you any good.

Is the iPad brand new?

If you're running iOS 10 you need to update xcode to xcode 8.

You'll also need to make sure you're running the latest Stencyl
