While searching I found this example of playing sounds with altered pitch:
http://www.kelvinluck.com/2008/11/first-steps-with-flash-10-audio-programming/

If you load in one drum per row you can make a drum kit, thats always cool to play with :)

Thanks to showing me this mate, you are awesome

You should probably refer to stencylpedia.
Also, cool site, thanks for the link! I'm sure to use this! If you wanna get the sound from the site, sadly it seems that you have to hook up a microphone right up to your speakers and record through audacity, garageband, or whatever other tool you want (I'd recommend garageband. That way, you can tweak it more, but it's mac-only).

Hi

no problem glad that have provide you some interesting stuff. And you can use fraps to cacth the sound, by filming and then converting to mp3 file

thanks

It should be possible to create an event to check for collisions and play a sound when one happens. There's nothing pre-existing to generate a range of sounds though - meaning you would have to either create something that can or import all possible sounds in advance (increasing file size).

That said, that's where you should start - just getting a sound to play on collision - and if you want, two sounds by checking what is being hit (using IF statements).

Thanks ;)

it´s what´s i do before

but i get a little bugy when i play the sounds colliding with other stuff

You're unlikely to get an answer with such a large question - you're essentially asking somebody to make your game for you =/

Try to just break the game down into small pieces then do the pieces one at a time, asking if you're stuck.

hi

im not tell to anyone to make the game for me, i only ask for opinion´s

Sorry if i make you thing like that way

I make two actors, and then when a actor colides with other , it play´s a sond, if was permitted to.

If you dont know what is a tone matrix go    http://tonematrix.audiotool.com/

If you have some clue how to make one, i really apreciated you.

Ask a Question / Re: Rec Sound Button
« on: May 29, 2012, 12:19:21 pm »
Every time the user plays a note, add that note to a list so that when they 'save', you're not actually saving the song, but you've saving the list? So when they play back their 'recording', you just play each note in the list in turn? I guess you'd also have to keep track of how long the pause is between each note though...

So i use the sound like a "inventory" system that i can load and reloade?
