My character can currently jump, but i want it so that when the screen is held from a jump, it will slowly float at the peak of its jump for 2 seconds before falling down again.

Ok so i took all the content out of my Main Atlas and created 9 other Atlas's for my 9 Levels, distributing the content to their appropriate atlas's.

I then created a Level select scene which is my very first scene for when the game starts, and this only uses content from the main atlas, which is currently at 600kb (down from 82mb). Although i am still getting a 5 second boot up time, any idea why?

Actually each background is 3840 x 1280, and i incorporate them into my game at a x4 resolution.. I'll try the Atlas route!

I just ran a backup that has 8 levels and it works, although a 5 second bootup.. i remember this being quicker when i had fewer levels.

My game currently has about 70 different background images, and 9 different tile sets. Although each background and tileset is pretty small in size (my game is currently around 9mb total)

Would working with atlas's help my situation here? Should i merge all my tilesets into one big one?

The more levels i added the longer it took my game to start up, as of now i have about 5 different layers of backgrounds for each level, and  after creating level 9 the game wont start up at all. (no error message) Any solution?

I have only one main actor on the scene, and he only moves right across the tiles (platformer), it just doesnt feel as smooth as i think it should/other games do.

Although my game runs at 60fps, my camera movement that follows my main actor feels laggy/jittery. Is there any way to improve upon this?

Same issue here. The current game i am working on works perfectly on my current Android device, but graphics are all messed up on my previous (but not outdated) android device. Game is in landscape mode. On my second device all game graphics just show up as little white boxes, and no game backgrounds show
