Hello there,

I am currently getting troubled by the values of a Game attribute of the "List" type. Their default values are all numbers and set to 15.

My code do not change this Game atributte but then, when the game saves and loads again, the values are not set to 15. A print of the values returns "[object Object]"

Do anyone knows why?

Connecting flash to MySQL through PHP ain't hard, I have done it before, but it's not done with stencyl blocks (unless you mean the "code" block of course), you will need to write the code. Just google "connecting flash to MYSQL with PHP" should help ya.

You will need a host server with PHP installed to test it. (a local Apache might do)

Hey thanks! Now I know it's a behavior of mine that's faulty, then I can disable them and debug one by one. I really get lost at some error logs :P

The game is freezing and some time later it gives me this on flashplayer:

It happens very rarely and the causes are hard to get, maybe its one my timed events, maybe its a collision behavior. I'll attach the logs, I can get screenshots though the error is hard to reproduce.

Hello there,

I am not that good at coding and I would like in a scene to create a specific actor type wich name is stored in a text variable.

I can't drag text or any "variable as text" inside the "create (actor type) at  X , Y"  block.

So, is there any way to do it?

Thank you very much for your replies guys, I am using a mix of both techniques for my save/load.

By the way Stencyl saves data in the regular flash data saving directory, if you need to delete:

user/appdata/roaming/macromedia/flashplayer/sharedobjects/(sumnumbernletters)/(in my case localhost folder)

I have a project of mine going on and I would like to use Stencylforge to share my resources with a new partner, but not making the whole thing public, is it possible?

If it is not, what would be the best way to share a game with a partner?
