Download the Water Regions from StencylForge, Create some Regions that is the water, change the name to Water 1, Water 2, or anything that contain the word "Water", set the swimming behavior and add the Water Regions behavior to your scene, that is!

The same thing happened to me, but I found a way to fix it.
Instead of opening Stencyl like you usually would, in a shortcut, try this instead:
Go to the windows menu > All programs > Stencyl > Stencyl folder > Stencyl.exe
 For whatever reason, it will not give you the error message again. Hope this helps!
Can you post the 'Stencyl.exe' and the folder please...?
Don't tell me why...

I use Paint.NET with a bunch of plugins added to it. Once you get used to it and learn what some of the effects do, you can make some pretty cool graphics with it. There are also many tutorials all over the Internet on how to use and make interesting things with it.

The only downfall is that it is Windows only so if you are on a Mac you must install Windows to use it.
Pinta its a great alternative to Paint.NET (For Windows, Mac, Linux)

Stencyl is too easy to use!
Not Code Knowledge is required (exept the code mode)
Stencyl can use visual block to program anything like:

(From 1.0 v)
or do you prefer code:?
