Watch the video. They always hit an enemy and curve randomly to the side. I tried to replicate it as best as possible to my other bullets which don't curve, but it never works for some reason.

In the end, I show my settings for the bullet and the fire bullet event.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

I'd separate the daytime and nighttime into two different backgrounds. Overlay the nighttime background over the daytime then use code to fade the nighttime layer out.

I noticed in a current project that the background doesn't pause, but it wasn't really an issue for me.

How does your background function? In the video it looks like it fades from one background to another, or is that part if the animation of just one background?

Whenever my game is paused, the background keeps going. I mean, the scrolling speed is 0 but it still continues for some reason even when the game is paused

Justin fixed it for me! All you had to do was change the game icon! Shout out and MAJOR thanks to Justin!

I don't mind doing the scenes again. Is there a way to manually import all assets and behaviors from one game to another? Like dragging/copying files?

Stencyl doesn't handle sudden power loss very well and the games are often ruined beyond repair.
