Old Bugs (1.x/2.x) / [SOLVED] Actor scale bug

Hi to all.

If I change actor's scale, various bugs happen.
Misaligned collision shapes (seems collision shape doesn't scale at all), coordinates, where actor is in scene designer and actual position when game is run are not the same...
Anybody else noticed this?

On the attached screenshot knight's scale is reduced to 0.75 and it is obvious that in game knight is lower than should be
Also on the screenshot can be seen weird stretch bug with foreground grass

will it matter a lot if a big (exceeds game screen size) piece of artwork is created from tiles as opposed to using a background?

I would love to see parallax background\foreground scrolling behavior updated in Stencyl.
Right now it is impossible to tweak background\foreground position and spacing. So If I want to make small random bushes in foreground or skies in background, I have to create huge textures with lots of  empty space in-between.

It would be really cool if I could treat layer as background or foreground.
For example, I've used some tiles (animated as well), placed some actors (running here and there) and then checked "use this layer as background". As a result I would get amazing effect of animated and living background with parallax working etc.

P.S. I hope you've understood what I mean  ???

Hi to all.
I don't understand how to make tiled background so it is tiled only horizontally.
When I set "repeat background" I get it tiled both vertically and horizontally.
How to do it right?
